Interesting. So it was part of a contest run by the SemionductorStore. The youtube links on your page didn't work for me but seeing it was part of the "We Know RFduino" contest, I searched for that and found the youtube for what you are talking about. Which had a link to...
 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lombamarc.speechswitch&hl=en

And in that youtube by Marco Lombardo he says...
Quote
Detailed scheme, components and rfduino sketch are shown inside app.

Have you contacted Marco? Maybe he can chime in on the forum about his app and sketch.

It looks like it could be a nifty app.

BTW, I discovered searching for "speech switch" yield hundreds of apps to browse through none of which seems obvious. However, searching for "speechswitch" as one word yields three possibilities. voila!

Hi Tolson

Thanx for the reply , unfortunately the app only works on android ver 4.3 and up , I'm only using 4.1.2 on a S3 which currently not supportive , it would be awesome if an app like this would be available for IOS , there are currently so few apps for BLE that "work" similar to this one ,, out there for iOS .

It would really spark more interest in rfduino and us as hobbyist on this BLE platform.

Kind regards
