mkay, even I am new with the rfdunio and I just want to clear my doubt about the relay shield like is it mandatory  to use the relay shield with the rfdunio even if the voltage rating is small for the relay?

Hi demir, sorry I'm not sure I understood the question. You do not have to use the relay shield, it is intended for applications where you need to switch higher voltage and current loads. Of course you can also use your own relays if want.

Please make sure to be very careful if you are working with high voltages  :)
